These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, browse products, place an order, make a payment, request shipping assistance, cancel an order, submit a return or refund request, contact customer support, or otherwise use Furnitiny services.
By using the Furnitiny website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the related policies published on our website.

2. Products
Furnitiny primarily sells Wooden Study Desks.
Individual product pages may provide information regarding dimensions, materials, finish, color, storage configuration, included components, assembly requirements, product weight where available, product price, and other product specific features.
Customers should carefully review the applicable product page before placing an order.
3. Product Information
Furnitiny makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information.
However, actual appearance may vary slightly because of photography, room lighting, camera settings, screen brightness, monitor calibration, mobile device settings, or natural material variation.
If a product is materially different from its listing, customers may contact Furnitiny for review.
4. Natural Material Variation
Where a Wooden Study Desk uses natural wood or another naturally variable material, individual products may show reasonable differences in grain, tone, texture, knots, natural markings, or surface patterns.
Such variation is not automatically considered a defect when it is consistent with the material and product description.
5. Product Dimensions and Fit
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions before purchase.
Before ordering, customers should consider desk width, depth, height, chair clearance, drawer opening clearance, walking space, doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other delivery access restrictions.
If the published dimensions are accurate but the desk does not fit the customer's intended space, an otherwise eligible return will generally be treated as a change of mind return.
6. Assembly
Some Wooden Study Desks may require partial assembly.
Depending on the product, the package may include the desktop, legs, base components, drawer components, supports, hardware, fasteners, instructions, and other product specific components.
Customers should review the applicable product page for assembly information.
7. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, customers confirm that they are legally capable of entering into the transaction under applicable law.
Customers also confirm that the information supplied during checkout is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
8. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during checkout.
This may include full name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information required by the selected payment method.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in payment failure, additional verification, fulfillment delays, shipping delays, failed delivery, or return to sender.

10. Pricing Errors
If Furnitiny identifies an obvious material pricing or checkout error before fulfillment, we may contact the customer, correct the error, offer the customer the option to proceed, cancel the affected order, or refund the eligible amount.
Furnitiny will not intentionally replace the confirmed transaction price with a materially different amount without addressing the issue.
11. Payment Methods
Furnitiny accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Depending on availability, these may include major credit cards, major debit cards, PayPal where available, and other supported online payment methods.
Only payment methods actually displayed during checkout should be considered available.

12. Payment Authorization
Submitting an order does not guarantee payment approval.
A transaction may be declined because of incorrect payment information, billing address mismatch, expired payment method, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, incomplete authentication, international transaction restrictions, or fraud prevention controls.
Furnitiny cannot override decisions made by independent banks or payment providers.
13. Payment Security
Sensitive payment credentials may be processed directly by third party payment providers.
Customers should not send complete credit or debit card numbers, CVV or CVC codes, banking passwords, payment account passwords, or one time authentication codes through ordinary email.
14. Order Confirmation
After successful checkout, customers may receive an order confirmation email.
Please review the confirmation carefully.
If you notice an error involving the product, variant, quantity, recipient name, shipping address, or other order information, contact Furnitiny as soon as possible.
Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that the Wooden Study Desk has already shipped.
15. Order Acceptance
Furnitiny may hold, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons.
These may include failed payment, payment verification problems, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, product unavailability, unsupported delivery addresses, significant pricing errors, incomplete order information, technical errors, or inability to fulfill the order.
If Furnitiny cancels a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
16. Order Changes
If you need to change the recipient name, shipping address, telephone number, product, finish, variant, or quantity, contact Furnitiny as soon as possible.
Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
17. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within:

provided fulfillment has not progressed beyond a stage where the order can reasonably be stopped.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.
A cancellation becomes effective only after Furnitiny confirms it in writing.
Furnitiny does not charge a standard cancellation fee for an eligible cancellation approved before shipment.

18. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within:
2 to 3 business days
Processing may include payment confirmation, order review, address verification, inventory confirmation, product inspection, protective furniture packaging, shipping label preparation, and carrier coordination.
Processing time occurs before carrier transit begins.

The shipping charge displayed during checkout is the amount that applies to the transaction.
21. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated total delivery times, including processing, are:
North America: 8 to 13 business days
Europe: 11 to 17 business days
Oceania: 13 to 19 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

22. Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, carrier congestion, transportation disruption, customs processing, remote delivery locations, incorrect shipping information, or failed delivery attempts.
A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.
23. International Taxes and Duties
International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, import duties, brokerage charges, customs processing fees, or other destination related charges.
Where Furnitiny collects a particular charge during checkout, it will be displayed before payment is completed.
Charges not collected by Furnitiny may be collected separately by the carrier or applicable authority.
24. Tracking
Tracking information may be provided after shipment where available.
A status such as Label Created does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically collected the package.
Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed during weekends, public holidays, carrier transfers, international transit, or customs processing.
25. Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for considering whether a Wooden Study Desk can reasonably reach the intended location.
This may include checking doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, building entrances, gates, and other access restrictions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, standard shipping does not automatically include in home placement, assembly, installation, or room of choice delivery.
26. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete, contact:
Please provide the order number, description of the issue, photos or video where relevant, packaging photos where applicable, and shipping label photo where useful.
Please keep the product and packaging until Furnitiny confirms the next step.
27. Return Window
Customers may request an eligible return within:
30 calendar days from the carrier confirmed delivery date
Return authorization is required before sending a product back.

28. Change of Mind Returns
For an eligible change of mind return, the Wooden Study Desk should generally be unused, clean, unmodified, complete, free from customer caused damage, returned with all included components and hardware, and securely packaged.
Reasonable unpacking and inspection do not automatically make a product ineligible.
29. Return Shipping Costs
For eligible change of mind returns:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For verified products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete because of a Furnitiny fulfillment error:
Furnitiny covers reasonable authorized return shipping costs.
30. No Restocking Fee
Furnitiny does not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible authorized returns.
A reasonable refund adjustment may apply where legally permitted if a returned product has customer caused damage, missing hardware, missing important components, or significant modification.
31. Refund Processing
After an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, Furnitiny normally submits the refund within:
7 business days after return approval
A customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the:

Refunds generally cannot be redirected to another card, another person's account, an unrelated bank account, or another unrelated payment method.
33. Original Shipping Charges
For a standard change of mind return:
Original outbound shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.
If the return results from a verified damaged product, defective product, incorrect product, or Furnitiny fulfillment error, eligible standard outbound shipping charges may be refunded where appropriate.
34. Exchanges
Furnitiny does not offer standard direct exchanges.
If you want another Wooden Study Desk, finish, design, or variant, please return the original eligible product and place a new order.
A replacement provided because of verified damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or missing components is not considered a standard exchange.
35. Refused Deliveries
Please do not refuse delivery simply because you changed your mind.
A refused shipment is not automatically an approved cancellation, authorized return, or approved refund.
Carrier return charges may apply where legally permitted.
36. Website Use
Customers may not use the Furnitiny website to commit fraud, submit unauthorized payments, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, abuse promotions, submit false information, abuse return or refund procedures, interfere with website operation, or engage in unlawful activity.
Furnitiny may restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, or security risk.
37. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website materials are owned by or licensed to Furnitiny or FURNITINY FURNITURE GROUP.
These materials may include the Furnitiny brand name, logo, product descriptions, website text, product images, graphics, videos, and original content.
Protected content may not be commercially copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without authorization except where permitted by applicable law.
38. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If Furnitiny allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, or other content, customers should only submit material they own or are authorized to share.
Submitted content must not knowingly be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, harmful, or spam.
Furnitiny may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Customers should review that policy before submitting personal information through the website.

Furnitiny does not control all independent activities performed by third party providers.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from making legitimate product, payment, return, refund, or consumer rights claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Furnitiny and FURNITINY FURNITURE GROUP will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Furnitiny is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, Furnitiny will take reasonable steps to communicate relevant information regarding an affected order.

Customers may have additional rights depending on their state, province, country, or jurisdiction.
